Vivolight was founded in 2012, a medical device company incubated and supported by Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, headquartered in Shenzhen and have established an R&D center in Xi’an. Rooted in the field of medical laser technology, Vivolight is committed to the independent development, global innovation and independent manufacturing of medical devices used for minimally invasive interventional diagnosis and treatment with the technology of laser by leveraging the world-leading photoelectric technology and combining medicine and engineering. 

VEINCAS is a subdivided brand of Vivolight, providing professional vein visualization technology and solutions. VEINCAS Projection Vein Finder was officially put into the market in 2013. In 2014, it passed the EN ISO 13485:2016 quality system certification of German TÜV Rheinland agency, and the EU product registration number is DE/CA05/MP-238321-2318-00. In 2017, it obtained the market access license of the FDA. It has been exported to more than 90 countries around the world, covering more than 20 provinces and cities across the country, serving more than 1000 hospitals in China.
